Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute high-impact electrochemical research projects focused on advancing energy storage technologies, with an emphasis on next-generation battery performance, longevity, and sustainability.

• Develop new materials and electrochemical processes, optimizing their properties for superior energy density, cycle life, and environmental compatibility.

• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, translating research findings into scalable technologies and practical applications for real-world energy storage systems.

• Conduct in-depth analysis, design experiments, and manage the data collection process to drive insights into material behavior, reaction kinetics, and system performance.

• Innovate and design novel electrochemical systems and architectures that push the boundaries of existing energy storage solutions.

• Maintain awareness of the latest advancements in the field, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of emerging electrochemical technologies and industry trends.

• Mentor and guide junior scientists and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in electrochemical research, with a strong focus on energy storage technologies, such as batteries, fuel cells, or supercapacitors.

• Deep understanding of electrochemical systems, materials characterization, and advanced research methodologies.

• Expertise in the development and optimization of materials for energy storage applications, including electrode materials, electrolytes, and interfaces.

• Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of complex results, with a strong background in statistical and computational techniques.

• Experience in leading and driving research initiatives, from concept to implementation, and in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and a passion for innovative solutions in the energy storage field.
